TRAINING INFO
Sessions are based around technique. Our curriculum covers the following:
Passing, receiving, dribbling, running with the ball, turning, shooting, ball control, heading, 1v1 attacking, shielding the ball, receiving to turn, crossing & finishing and 1v1 defending
Our curriculum also covers a variety of tactical topics including:
Attacking principals, possession, transition, combination play, switching play, counter attacking, playing out from the back & finishing in the final 3rd.
We also cover defensive principles, zonal defending, pressure, cover & balance.
Every session will include a speed & agility segment. Quick feet are key in Soccer therefore we aim to work on age appropriate strength, endurance, speed, agility & balance training
Lastly and most importantly we focus heavily on the psychological aspect of Soccer. Our goal is for each player to leave every session motivated, confident and determined while showing all other player the utmost respect.
The person will always come before the player.
